What Parents Tell Us After They Get the Camp Pass
It’s not only about camps. It’s also about how summer feels.
Stress Relief
“Once we got the Camp Pass, summer stopped feeling chaotic. I wasn’t constantly checking dates or wondering if we picked the wrong camp. It honestly just felt like one less thing to worry about.” — Priya M., parent of a 9-year-old
Daily Motivation
"My son actually woke up excited to go to camp, which never happens. He came home talking about what he built and kept asking when he could go back. That alone made it worth it.” — Jason R., parent of a 7-year-old
Built Confidence
“As parents, we really value learning that builds confidence. Code Ninjas struck the right balance. My daughter had fun, but we also felt good about how she was spending her summer.” — Linda Chen, parent of a 10-year-old
That’s the peace of mind the Camp Pass is designed to give you.
All camp purchases are non-refundable. This allows us to plan staffing, maintain small group sizes, and offer our best pricing. Camps may be transferred to another 2026 summer camp of equal value, subject to availability. A $75 transfer fee applies for transfer requests made within two weeks of the enrolled camp’s start date. Transfers to camps of lower value do not result in a refund of the price difference, and missed days or camps are not eligible for refunds or credits.
These are suggested ages to get the most enjoyment from camp, but we are flexible if your child is experienced or prefers a younger camp. Please reach out to us and we can discuss which camp will be the best fit for your child. We may ask you to come in for a free game building session so that we can make our best recommendation.
We provide all the tech, equipment, and materials. If your child is attending a camp such as Roblox, and they already have an account, we encourage them to come prepared with their own login and password if they wish to use it. The software may ask for 2-factor authentication which could complicate things, so we always have 'in-house accounts' for Ninjas to use if they cannot get into their accounts, or if they do not have one. We may try to contact you one time for an authentication code if we run into this, and your child REALLY wants to use their own account. We aim to please!
Yes. We offer limited early pricing on individual camps, including a Super Early Bird starting January 3, 2026, followed by Early Bird pricing beginning March 31, 2026. These offers are available in limited quantities and pricing increases as camps fill. We also offer Summer Camp Passes, which provide our best overall value when purchasing multiple camps together. Camp Pass pricing is lowest earlier in the season and increases as availability becomes limited. Camp Passes may be used across multiple weeks during Summer 2026 and can be shared across children in the same family, except for the Unlimited Camp Pass, which is valid for one named child only.
Snacks: Light snacks will be provided during breaks. Campers may also bring a nut-free snack and a water bottle.
Lunch (Full-Day Campers): Lunch is not included. Please bring a nut-free lunch daily.
